Scott’s deep-dive into experience design began over 30 years ago. Today Scott’s still driven by his passion for visitor experiences and thrives on helping organisations engage their community through designing meaningful, engaging and memorable experiences, anchored to purpose. 

 

Prior to establishing Kelp Creative in 2019, Scott was General Manager Visitor Experiences at Melbourne Zoo and responsible for all aspects of the onsite experience including the Interpretation, Visitor Services, Learning Experiences and Programs and Events teams.

It is this foundation interpretation and visitor experiences that sets Kelp Creative apart - creating memorable, engaging and holistic visitor experiences that are firmly anchored to an organisation’s vision and purpose.

Scott has extensive experience in developing interpretive plans and frameworks, strategic plans, visitor experiences, stakeholder engagement, interpretive content and signage, community engagement, play spaces, interpretive training,  behaviour change campaigns and face-to face experiences. Scott is a visitor experience specialist.
