Wetland Wonders

This wetlands interpretive trail is the first project to be implemented as part of the Deep Creek Interpretation and Experience Plan developed by Kelp Creative and Nuttshell. The trail includes five key interpretation element including interactive rotating river pebbles, larger than life timber frog sculptures carved by Aboriginal artist Glenn Romanis, and a story about Waa, Keeper of the Waterways, told by Bunurong Elder, Uncle Mik, Visitors are invited to become custodians local wetlands, and discover the wonders of the surrounding wetlands.
